Why it works
The Ember Sauna Blanket brings the other half of contrast therapy home. It uses carbon-fibre infrared heating panels to reach up to 75°C, with a PVC-free inner liner and a zip-in design that keeps heat in without trapping condensation against your skin.
Six adjustable heat zones let you run it warmer at the feet and lower at the chest, and the digital controller has a timer so you're not left guessing when a session started. It folds down into a supplied storage bag for easy stowing between uses.
Run a 30-minute session in the blanket followed by a plunge in the Kaldera Plunge 320, and you've got a full contrast-therapy circuit without leaving the house.

The six heat zones make a real difference - warmer at the feet, cooler at the chest, so I can actually stay in for the full 30 minutes.

Gets properly hot, folds away neatly in the bag. Wish the controller cable was a touch longer but otherwise no complaints.
Chris Voller
Run this before my plunge every evening now. The PVC-free liner doesn't get that clammy feeling other blankets I've tried have had.
