Description
The Ember Steam Sauna Pod is the full-size counterpart to our sauna blanket: a fold-out steam tent you sit inside, with your head free and your body in proper wet heat. Where the blanket gives you dry infrared warmth lying down, the pod gives you a genuine steam session in a chair.
The 1000W steamer holds 3 litres of water — enough for a 40–60 minute session — with nine temperature settings up to 64°C controlled from a corded remote, so you can adjust without opening the tent and losing heat. A fold-up chair and a herb box for the steamer are included.
It packs down flat in a couple of minutes and needs no plumbing, just a standard UK socket. Run a session in the pod, then plunge — it's the most affordable way to do full hot-cold contrast therapy at home.
