Cryo Gel Eye Mask

A targeted version of the face mask for the area that responds most visibly to cold: the eyes. Chill it in the fridge for a gentler wake-up or the freezer for full cold therapy, and wear it for five to ten minutes against morning puffiness, screen strain, or a tension headache.

The gel beads distribute cold evenly across the whole eye area rather than concentrating it in one spot, and the adjustable strap holds it in place lying down - most people use it flat on their back as a forced five-minute pause.

Like the face mask it works warm as well as cold, and it's small enough to live permanently in a fridge door. Supplied in assorted colours.
