Ice Baths in Liverpool - Ice Baths Delivered Across Merseyside
Liverpool is a sporting city to its bones, and recovery culture here has followed the football clubs' lead - ice baths went from Melwood folklore to something you can run in a Wavertree back yard for less than a season ticket.
Merseyside's housing - terraces with yards, semis with gardens - takes a full-size tub easily, and the maritime climate is kind to outdoor setups: rarely freezing hard, rarely hot enough to fight the chiller.
From the Mersey to your back yard
Cold-water swimmers here brave the docks and the North West sea pools, but the Mersey's tides and water quality make it nobody's daily routine. A covered, chiller-run tub is: clean water you control, the researched 11–15°C on demand, and no wetsuit logistics before work.

Ice bath questions from Liverpool
Do you deliver ice baths to Liverpool?
Yes - Liverpool and all of Merseyside, the Wirral included, tracked and free on orders over £100. Delivery times are listed on our shipping page.
What does a full Liverpool home setup cost?
A tub alone starts at £69 (Plunge 80). The Starter Bundle - Plunge 80 tub, Chill Core 300 chiller and thermometer - is £649, a complete setup in one order. Against per-session recovery studio prices, a daily habit pays it back within months.
Can two people share one ice bath setup?
Yes. Any of the tubs can be shared - just take turns - and with a chiller and basic water care (filter, cover, sanitiser) the same water serves a household for weeks. The Plunge 320 is the roomiest tub currently in stock.
