Ice Roller

The ice roller is the simplest tool in facial cold therapy: keep it in the freezer, roll it over your face, jaw and neck for a couple of minutes, and put it back. The gel-bead head stays flexible when frozen, so it follows the contours of cheekbones and jawline rather than skating over them.

Cold-rolling first thing reduces overnight puffiness and tightens the feel of the skin - the same vasoconstriction effect as a face plunge, in a gentler, no-water format you can use at a desk.

The head pops off for cleaning and the handle is contoured for a one-hand grip. Works on temples for tension headaches and on small muscle groups after training, too.
