It's just the tub - no lid or accessories - so you only pay for what you need to start plunging. It's a sit-in tub rather than a compact one, so check the size against your space before you order.
Want everything in one box instead? The Plunge 320 comes with an all-weather lid, triple-layer insulated fabric, an inflatable headrest ring, a seat cushion and a hand pump.
Fill it with cold water and ice for occasional plunges, or pair it with a chiller for a set temperature.

How big is it?
80 × 75cm according to the supplier - a round tub you sit in. It isn't a compact or travel tub, so check the size against your space before you order.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Tracked delivery; orders under £100 have a flat £4.95 (€5.95) delivery fee, shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are on our shipping page, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Does it come with a lid?
No - the Plunge 80 is the essential tub on its own, which is how it stays at our lowest price. (The supplier's photo shows a lid, but its listing doesn't confirm one, so we don't promise it.) If you want a lid, the Plunge 320 includes an all-weather lid plus a headrest ring, seat cushion and hand pump.
Do I need a chiller, or can I just add ice?
Ice works fine for occasional plunges and is the cheapest way to start. For a set temperature, the Starter Bundle pairs it with the Chill Core 300, which its supplier rates for up to 300 litres and about 15°C - so fill the tub below 300 litres.
What if cold plunging turns out not to be for me?
Our supplier doesn't accept change-of-mind returns on this tub, so we don't offer returns beyond your legal rights: you can cancel within 14 days of delivery under UK/EU distance-selling law, with return postage at your cost. If it arrives faulty or damaged, we'll replace or refund it.
