About this product
The Kaldera Plunge 320 is our complete tub: everything you need in one box. It's a round, foldable cold plunge tub you sit in, 83cm across and 73cm tall, holding more than 380 litres according to the supplier. It works indoors or out.
The walls are triple-layered insulated fabric, which helps the water hold its temperature for longer. An inflatable ring forms the top edge and doubles as a headrest, and six support legs hold the tub's shape. An elasticated all-weather lid is included to keep debris out of the water between sessions.
In the box: the tub, the protective lid, six support legs, an inflatable seat cushion, a hand pump, a drain hose, a seal ring and a user manual. The supplier rates it for water from -10°C to 50°C, so it can double as a warm soak. Pair it with the Chill Core 500 (rated for up to 500 litres) for a set temperature, or run it with ice.

Will I fit in it?
It's a round, sit-in tub 83cm across and 73cm tall, holding over 380 litres according to the supplier. Check those dimensions against your height and your space before you order.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

How do I set it up and store it?
Inflate the top ring with the included hand pump, fit the six support legs, and fill it. The drain hose empties it, and the tub folds down for storage.
Do I need a chiller, or can I just use ice?
Both work. Ice is the cheapest way to start. For a set temperature without ice runs, pair it with a chiller rated for the volume: the Chill Core 500 is rated by its supplier for up to 500 litres and cools to roughly 4–9°C. The Chill Core 300 is rated for up to 300 litres, so it only suits this tub filled below that.
What temperature should I run it at?
The recovery studies pooled in Machado and colleagues' 2016 meta-analysis clustered around roughly 11–15°C - not ice-water extremes. Colder is not reliably better within the studied range.
What if it's not right for me?
Our supplier doesn't accept change-of-mind returns on this tub, so we don't offer returns beyond your legal rights: you can cancel within 14 days of delivery under UK/EU distance-selling law, with return postage at your cost. If it arrives faulty or damaged, we'll replace or refund it.
