Reusable Knee Ice Pack

A reusable gel pack that wraps around the knee and holds in place with adjustable straps, so you can keep it on while you sit or move around. The gel stays flexible when cold, and the plush inner lining sits between the pack and your skin.

For cold, keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hours before use. For warmth, heat it in the microwave for 1 minute, shake it, turn it over and heat for another 30 seconds; never more than 2 minutes in total.

The outer is thick nylon with double-sealed seams, and it's washable and reusable. It also fits around an elbow, wrist or calf.
